What helps us price it
- The address, so we can look at the roofline before we quote.
- How many storeys, and whether anything is over a slope or a deck.
- What is growing over the roof — oak, fir, cedar, maple.
- Anything you have already spotted: water spilling over the front edge, a run that dips, a downspout that gurgles and backs up.
- How we would get a ladder round the side, if you already know it is tight.
