Service areas

Victoria is home. From there the run covers the older city neighbourhoods, east through Oak Bay, west into Esquimalt, north into Saanich and out along the highway to Langford.

Victoria

From heritage cottages on narrow lots to houses under mature canopy, we clear gutters, flush the downspouts and keep the water going where it should.

Oak Bay

Garry oak drops late and drops acorns, and the salt air works on every fixing. We clear the runs, flush the downspouts and tell you what we found.

Esquimalt

The runs here are short and simple. It is the seventy years of wet fascia behind them that decides how the job actually gets done.

Fairfield

Bigleaf maple, Garry oak and shading conifers fill these gutters faster than most of the city. We clear them out and flush the downspouts through.

Langford

Subdivisions cut into standing second-growth fir, so the houses are young and the needle load is not. Volume is the problem here, not age.

Saanich

Low-slope ranchers and split-levels under mature fir and cedar, on lots wide enough to set a ladder properly. Long runs cleared and flow-tested.

Uptown

Strata blocks and mixed-use buildings along the Douglas Street corridor. Arranged with your property manager and planned around the tenants.

Uplands

Long runs that hold water in the middle, mature oak standing over the roof, and set-back houses that need an access plan before we arrive.

Fernwood

Storey-and-a-half homes with steep gables and dormers, and a gutter line a long way up for the size of the house. We work them properly.

Rockland

Valleys, turrets and dormers mean debris collects in the corners rather than along a run. We clear the whole roofline, not just the easy stretch.

James Bay

Small lots, houses close together, and side gaps often too narrow to walk a ladder through. Reaching the gutter is half the job down here.
